Callebaut® pralines with 50% medium roasted hazelnuts.
Hazelnut content 49.7%.
Callebaut® selects the best hazelnuts from orchards in Spain, Italy and Turkey. Harvested when fully ripe, stored in the best conditions. They are peeled no more than 12 hours before roasting to protect the essential oils and preserve the delicate fruit flavors. Then lightly roast the hazelnuts, grind, mix with the sugar and grind into golden pralines.
You can expect a pleasantly sweet taste with plenty of fruity notes and mild toasted hints.
Callebaut® praline hazelnuts are perfect for mixing with chocolate, filling pralines and tablets. It is irreplaceable for classic flavors of ice cream, creams, mousses and more.
